About Me

I am Rahul Vishwakarma, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (2022-2026). My passion lies in coding, problem-solving, and building software solutions that make a tangible impact.

I am actively involved in open-source development and love collaborating with diverse teams to create efficient, scalable applications. As a Google Summer of Code 2024 contributor, I gained invaluable experience working with Submitty, where I developed comprehensive test cases, enhanced system reliability through Cypress-based E2E testing, and implemented features to improve student privacy and usability.

My technical skills span frontend and backend technologies, including React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, WebRTC, and Docker. I have a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and programming languages like C++ and JavaScript.

My technical interests include WebRTC, WebSocket, FFmpeg, DevOps, and video/audio development. I am particularly passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and leveraging my skills in modern web technologies.

I am actively seeking research internships and opportunities that align with my expertise and aspirations in innovative technologies. I aim to contribute to cutting-edge research and impactful solutions in the tech industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, participating in Hackathons, and contributing to open-source initiatives like Hacktoberfest. My goal is to combine creativity, technical expertise, and research-driven approaches to solve real-world challenges and drive innovation.
